- 5 eggs
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda + 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar (or 2 tsp of baking powder)
- 1–2 teaspoons soy sauce (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (use ½ teaspoon if skipping soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup arrowroot flour
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:

- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, flaxseed meal, baking soda, cream of tartar, soy sauce (optional), salt, and cumin until smooth. A hand blender works best for this job.
- Now add almond flour and arrowroot flour. Blend again.
- Pour the batter onto a 17×12 in / 43×30 cm parchment‑lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds over the top.
- Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 20–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Slice into 24 pieces and store in the fridge in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
